A reclaimed wood structure supports a dripping red moss “wax seal” pouring down over a wall of fresh, fragrant mint below - a clever nod to Maker's Mark's signature dipped-wax bottle top. Guests at the rooftop bar pick mint leaves directly from the wall for their cocktails, making the installation as functional as it is photogenic against the Chicago skyline. A memorable example of a branded installation combining a moss sculptural element with a live, usable herb wall.
