Golden-tipped ferns and copper heuchera cascade down this San Francisco living wall, mounted on a walnut plank support beside an outdoor staircase and pool. Planted Design added garden drainage to the pocket system so the wall can handle full outdoor exposure without a hand watering routine. A strong example of a pocket system living wall planted for seasonal color rather than a single, static shade of green.
